Crazy Britney Spears to go back into court

Just an update on the sad life if long lost Britney Spears...

A Judge today refused to dismiss a case involving pop princess, Britney Spears. Britney is facing a misdemeanor driving without-a-valid-license. Based on the judge’s ruling Brit Brit may go on trial in October. Her lawyer had asked for that the case be dismissed during a hearing on Tuesday. Britney’s lawyer felt that the prosecutors were targeting her because she is a celebrity. He also went on to say that people who faced similar charges are ordered to pay a fine if they can produce a valid license.
